OPEN-AIR DINING
Hale (pronounced HAH-leh) means ‘home’ or 'structure' in Hawaiian. Our traditional, open-air bamboo hale was designed and constructed by our friend Rich at Whispering Winds Bamboo Farm in Kīpahulu, Maui. Bamboo is often used in traditional Hawaiian construction because of its sustainability and resiliency. All the bamboo in our restaurant was sourced directly from the regenerative, organic farm in Kīpahulu. You’ll love enjoying your meal with the ocean breeze, surrounded by views of our tropical garden.
WOOD-FIRED
PIZZA
Our artisan wood-fired pizzas, made fresh in our handcrafted clay oven, are topped with Maui-grown meat and produce, including herbs, chilies, and veggies from our farm. We love to incorporate farm-fresh ingredients in our pizza and create fun combos, such as homemade pesto with freshly harvested sweet potatoes. Check out our Instagram and Facebook pages for updates on our latest pizza special!

HARVEST SALADS
The Harvest Salad is a collection of farm-fresh greens from our farm. This nutrient-dense organic salad varies every harvest, depending on what’s available. You can expect a combination of some or all o: moringa, red zinger, Okinawa spinach, katuk, wild greens, kale, and arugula. As fresh as can be, this salad is sure to nourish your body and soul!
